近来去韩国旅游和采购的人多,那么韩国的料理也频频被大家提起,这不小编近期就看到朋友圈转发的这个韩厨师料理鲍鱼的小视频,真是让人惊讶呢。
看着厨师就是随手一捞就从海鲜池里面抓了几只活生生的鲍鱼,这鲍鱼还没有出水呼吸几秒钟就被这个韩国厨师用尖刀把鲍鱼肉整个的切出到了菜板上,这几只鲍鱼肉都切出来了之后韩国厨师几下就处理好了鲍鱼所有的部位甚至还随便耍了个刀工把鲍鱼肉切成了花刀呢。
整理好的鲍鱼居然就直接放到了烤箱里面烤制,设置好的时间和温度之后等鲍鱼肉出炉居然发现鲍鱼就这么被烤制出来了一层焦嫩的金黄色外皮。
