1、芦笋是天门冬科天门冬属多年生草本植物石刁柏的幼苗,可供蔬食
2、 今天刘嫂就来分享一下“白灼芦笋”做法,喜欢的朋友可以先收藏,有空自己试一下。
3、下面开始介绍所需要的食材:
芦笋、红椒、姜丝、大葱、食盐、生抽、香菜
4、先把芦笋放入清水中清洗干净,再把芦笋一切为二,芦笋的头部特别嫩,再把后面的部分削去外皮。再把生姜切成姜丝,大红椒去蒂去籽,再把红椒片薄一点,再切成丝,大葱一切三段,再切成丝,一起放入凉水中浸泡一会
5、锅中水烧开后倒入食用油、一勺食盐,剥好皮的芦笋根部,焯水三分钟左右,把芦笋焯熟,加油和盐的目的是使焯好水的芦笋更加碧绿鲜嫩,时间到时,捞出放在盘中。芦笋头部也下锅焯水两分钟,时间到时捞出摆在芦笋根部上,摆整齐
6、再在上面摆上姜丝、葱丝、辣椒丝点缀,再摆上香菜,淋入少许生抽,浇上热油激发出香味,白灼芦笋就做好了

【淋油蒜香芦笋】
【食材】:芦笋
【配料】:大蒜,红椒,大葱
【调料】:生抽,白砂糖

、①:芦笋一把,先把较老个根部切去,接着把表面的外皮刮一下,然后从中间切开成两段,最后再冲洗干净,放一边沥干水分备用。(芦笋在处理的时候一定要把外皮刮一下,这样做好后吃起来口感更嫩)#美食品鉴官#
②:红椒半根去掉中间的籽,把里面的一层膜切去,然后在改刀切成细丝。大葱一小段,把里面的芯去掉,在切成丝和切好的红椒丝一起放到清水里泡一会。(放到清水里泡一会可以使它们变得弯曲,这样用来配色更好看)#家常菜#
③:大蒜几粒拍扁后剁成蒜末备用。这时候我们在锅里把水烧开,加入一点食用油,倒入芦笋焯水,加了食用油后焯水颜色更加翠绿,芦笋本身比较嫩,焯水30秒即可捞出来过凉水,过完凉水后沥干水分摆盘。(很多小伙伴做饭有过凉水这个步骤时,总担心吃坏肚子,那就需要提前准备好凉开水,这样就不用担心了)#快手菜#
④:净锅加入一点清水,放入适量的生抽,一勺白砂糖煮至化开融合,然后把煮好的料汁淋到芦笋上。(这个料汁我感觉挺好吃的,口味重的可以再煮料汁的时候适量地加入一点盐)
⑤:这时候我们把蒜末放到芦笋上,还有泡弯曲的红椒丝和葱丝也放上来。净锅加入一汤勺食用油,把油温烧至七成热,然后淋到蒜末上,激发出蒜香味即可。
