需要准备:鸡翅中,芹菜,姜蒜,白芝麻,干辣椒,青、红花椒
鸡翅从中间剁开,然后两面划一刀方便成熟、入味。姜蒜切块。干辣椒用剪刀剪成段状。
鸡翅剁好后用水泡一会,把血水冲洗干净。
接下来腌制鸡翅:加入料酒,一品鲜酱油,盐(腌制的时候咸味一定要够)。然后抓匀腌制20分钟(时间允
许尽量多腌制一会,鸡翅会更入味)
锅中加油,大火烧热,油热后转中火下入鸡翅,慢慢煎熟、煎透。炸至外表金黄、熟透后下入少许芹菜段烫
一下就出锅
锅中加少许油,油热下姜蒜块,炒出香味后下入干辣椒段、青红花椒(炒制过程全程用小火,不停搅拌,不
要炒糊),辣椒和花椒香味出来之后下入鸡翅和芹菜段
翻炒匀均后下入白芝麻,即可出锅

鸡翅:10只
蒜:适量
配料:
食用油、冰糖、蚝油
- Step 1 -
▲先在鸡翅表面划几刀方便入味;
- Step 2 -
然后在锅中加1勺油烧热,放入鸡翅,用小火煎5分钟
底面金黄后翻面
▲这时放入蒜粒一起再煎5分钟,让鸡翅吸收蒜香味;

接着倒入清水至鸡翅的一半
放入5块冰糖,2勺蚝油
用中大火煮10分钟,边煮边收汁

3、下面开始介绍所需要的食材:
鸡爪、鸡中翅、鸡腿、鹌鹑蛋、辣椒面、白芝麻、食盐、白糖、鸡精、生抽、蚝油、料酒、老抽、小葱、生姜
4、先把鸡爪爪尖剪掉,鸡腿鸡翅正反面打上花刀,这样烧的时候更入味。再把处理干净的鸡爪鸡翅鸡大腿放入盆中,放入一勺食盐,给它抓拌清洗一下,食盐有杀菌消毒的功效,这样清洗会更干净
5、再放入清水,这时清洗的水已经浑浊了,再把它倒掉,放入流水底下冲洗干净。再把处理干净的鸡爪、鸡翅、鸡大腿腌制一下,先放入芝麻和辣椒面、白糖一勺、鸡精一勺、适量生抽、蚝油,上手抓拌均匀
6、再倒入料酒、老抽上色,再次抓匀,腌制十五分钟备用。准备点小葱切段、生姜切片,一起放入盘中备用。电饭煲底部放上姜片、撒上葱花,放入腌制好的鸡爪、鸡翅、鸡大腿、提起煮熟剥壳的鹌鹑蛋,腌制的料汁也倒进来,放入锅中煮三十五分钟

鸡翅:500g
可乐:300ml
生姜
料酒、生抽
- Step 1 -
在鸡翅表面划三刀,背面也要划到,这样方便入味;
▲把鸡翅简单腌一下,放入姜丝,1勺料酒,用手抓匀腌制10分钟;
- Step 2 -
把锅烧热,放入鸡翅,鸡皮朝下,小火慢慢煎,
▲煎到鸡翅出油,给鸡翅翻面,另一面再煎2分钟;
- Step 3 -
2分钟后倒入可乐至快没过鸡翅,
▲淋入2勺生抽,开大火煮
- Step 4 -
煮开后盖上锅盖,小火焖煮15分钟,
▲这里用生抽入味不需要再放盐,15分钟后打开锅盖,开大火翻炒收汁,汁水快收干时就可以出锅了;
